2. What did John say in the interviews before 9/11?

John O'Neill was reported missing so far by Ferrukh Mir, two days before 9/11, however his body was also found at the World Trade Center a week later and as much as two weeks after (his body was found everyday of the week it seems: September Sept. 21 and also report on the 28th), without the tell tale signs of ever being at inside World Trade Center i.e not blown up or completely missing like so many others however positive identification was completed by single ring which was found as well as a body. One thing I found strange about the John O'neill story was he had his new office on the 34th floor of WTC1.
34 was the floor William Rodriguez said he avoided because he heard loud scraping noises coming from there. He swore the floor was empty. So What really happened?
"O'Neill was on the 34th floor of the North Tower when the first
plane hit. He had evacuated the building and was last seen alive by
fellow FBI agent Wesley Wong outside the South Tower about 15 minutes
before it collapsed. His uncharred body would be found weeks later
under a stairwell of that same building. John O'Neill --the Man who
Knew--was dead at age 49."
Stairwell B of that same building or WTC 1 was also the location of the stairwell B north tower survivors. So which Stairwell was that again? Was John O'Neill the only stairwell B non survivor? Was he the floor 34th ghost?

O'Neill was missing for two days before 911, his body was discovered intact in the WTC ruins.A New York Times report of August 19, 2001 suggested that O'Neill had been the subject of an "internal investigation" at the FBI. The report suggested that O'Neill was responsible for losing a briefcase with "highly classified information" in it, containing among other things "a description of every counterespionage and counter terrorism program in New York". The briefcase was recovered shortly after its disappearance. The FBI investigation was reported to have concluded that the suitcase had been snatched by local thieves involved in a series of hotel robberies, and that none of the documents had been removed or even touched.[1]

This is strange, there's conflicting information on how he died. I found this on 911-research.
"On August 22, 2001, John O'Neal, a top counter-terrorism expert, quit the FBI in disgust over repeated obstruction to his investigations. He was the government's "most committed tracker of bin Laden and al-Qaeda." The following day he started a new job as head of security at the World Trade Center. He was killed just over 2 weeks later in the attack. The day before the attack he had met with his friend Robert Tucker in the lobby of the North Tower to discuss security at the World Trade Center. O'Neal's body was identified On September 28th, 2001, a thousand mourners gathered at St. Nicholas to honor O'Neal."
