First,
let me state that I have designed many tall and important buildings
during my career. At least 6 have employed Dynamic Analysis in the final
design, the first a 34 story building in the late 60’s, and the last a
1,000,000 sf building at LAX.
Secondly,
I was the Board Chair at AE9/11Truth and negotiated and signed the
contract with the University of Alaska Fairbanks for the study
undertaken by Dr. Hulsey. We both agreed that this would be a completely
independent peer review study, no interference from AE or anyone else.
UAF would not undertake the study without that being a condition.
Additionally, when I was with AE, no one else even had a clue what was
really involved is such a study. It was just “A good idea” to do it was
the general consensuses. Dr. Hulsey and I are still in contact but our
only discussions have related to how was it going. I am an Architect,
not an Engineer.
Third,
the final report, peer reviewed, was published a few months ago along
with all the supporting data and misc other studies connected with his
work. And that work was based upon over 2,000 sheets of Shop Fabrication
Drawings prepared by Frangle Steel Fabricators and Erectors. These are
the drawings from which Building #7 was built. The original steel design
drawings were also available for review. All of the above is on line
for public review.
Fourth,
the analysis by fire was considered and is discussed in the report.
Additionally, all reasonable scenarios were also analyzed in order to
simulate what was captured on the videos we have all watched. This
included studies of the building after it was damaged by debris from
Buildings #1 and #2. Ultimately the only scenario that worked, or
resembled what we have all seen, involved removing the interior core
columns followed shortly
The 177th Fighter Interceptor Group has reported that they got their Interceptor coordinates from NEADS not the FAA if a flight went off its flight plan beyond five miles. After that it was off to the races. With New Jersey Red Devil birds already in the air on 9/11 , the interception would have been a matter of minutes after 8:16 A.M. American 11 was beyond five miles off course at starting around 8:14-8:16.. Departure from flight plans for the four flight was never part of the start of any emergency on 9/11 for the 9/11 commission report, while NEADS was sending fighters to scramble jet if they meet this condition. FAAOrder 7110.65 is NOT the document you should be looking or caring about. The document you should be looking at is NEADS Order not the FAA Order. The NORAD fighters were probably only meant for off continent fighting, while New Jersey Red Devils domain was protection over the continent. New Jersey Red Devils was a militia group run by the state New Jersey. So definitely the right people call for 9/11.
[Federal News Service, 10/25/01] In 2000, there were 425 "unknowns" - pilots who didn't file or diverted from flight plans or used the wrong frequency. Fighters were scrambled in response to 129 of those cases, when problems were not immediately resolved. [Calgary Herald, 10/13/01] Condition 1 "diverted from flight plans" or Condition 2 " used the wrong frequency".. If the FAA does required a scramble, then maybe they do have to use numerous time wasting channels to get a response, chances are it is not done this way.

Fighters were scrambled in response to 129 of those cases, but who scrambled those jet in the North East? Did the FAA have anything to do with these 129 cases right before 9/11? My guess is NEADS scrambled the fighters without the FAA being in the loop.
