It is a fact that they released Flight Path Studies on all four flights; they released ATC Recording reports for all four flights; they released FDR reports for 77 and 93, (only surviving FDRs) and they released a Recorded Radar Data Study for all four flights. It's not as if the NTSB was silent, concerning the 9/11 flights.

Sea and Air museum claims to have Flight 11 parts for example however the part is flipped around. NYPD Museum follows this pattern and Albany State museum.
The black boxes for Flight 11 and Fight 175 were found by fire fighters and the signal for the black boxes was documented and reported.
