The Security Control Room Did NOT exist until after 1993 and was the response to the bombing so WHY did you say the photo was from 1993?

The 1993 bombing only had car fires. So the Command Center Photos are from 9/11

Security Control Room and the OCC ( Operations COntrol Center) were 2 different things. The OCC was built after the 93 Bombing.

WTC Operations Control Center (OCC) located in the B1 level of 2 WTC.
because it is what I remember. Security Control rooms where more than one. I remember one for example in the 22nd floor If I recall correct. Also , there were not listed on the tenants lists since they were part of the Port Authority and only ocupied small spaces in some floors. Now, I could be wrong about the photo but in my mind is not what I recall.
