Hi there,

Thanks for contacting YouTube. I understand how dismaying it could have been to know that your account
is suspended. Your YouTube account has been suspended because we've determined that activity in your
account violated our Community Guidelines. Your account is not terminated for claims of copyright
infringement.
Learn more about account suspensions and how our Community Guidelines are enforced.
If you think that your channel was suspended in error, you may appeal.
Also, I'd like to inform you that no matter how many flags come in, a channel/video won't be taken down solely due to flagging.
When a channel/video gets flagged, we review it to determine whether it violates our Community Guidelines—they are not automatically taken down by the system. If it doesn't violate the YouTube Community Guidelines, no amount of flagging will change that and your content will stay on the site. Please visit our Help Center for more information on flagging. Appreciate your understanding.

Do write back if you have any further queries, happy to assist!

Frank

"suspended because we've determined that activity in your account violated our Community Guidelines."
I never heard of accounts being in violation. So the whole "video was in violation" was a scam?

No violation has ever been spelled out to me and the appeal form never seemed to have been working..
The Account Appeal looks like the same response every time..   i.e No people seems to be at helm..
and I get
the same copied reply.. It seems fake.

and the termination messages continued even after the account was already "terminated" as the computer
still needed to send messages  as  the process required completion.

"When a channel/video gets flagged, we review it to determine whether it violates our Community Guidelines—they are not automatically taken down by the system. If it doesn't violate the YouTube Community Guidelines, no amount of flagging will change that and your content will stay on the site. " This whole sentence sounds like a catch-22.
Community Guidelines stated as one factor "harassing and bulling" for example  HOWEVER NO
video contained anything but people talking about their experience about what they
experienced

SO UNLESS THESE PEOPLE WERE BULLYING THEMSELVES and I don't think that is possible,
your whole Community Guidelines process is a scam and you should be sued..

Google YouTube Team has turned into an evil empire and should be taken over by the
government

and given back to people as a public utility..

"
happy to assist!" is also bullshit..
