New York Court of Appeals heard oral argument in the matter of The New York Times Company v. City of New York Fire Department.

OVERALL, a very large percentage of these reports have major redactions.What are they hiding from us?? They aren't taking out gruesome descriptions, or reports of explosions-- because these are left in.They aren't taking out names.I can only imagine that mostly they are taking out the most highly incriminating testimony that tells of the towers being blown up-- quite possibly to all matters relating to nukes.

The appeal court ruled that the Fire Department would be given the opportunity to show the trial court portions of the oral histories that should not be disclosed because they would "cause serious pain or embarrassment to interviewees if they were disclosed."

Apparently the trial court ruled that many portions met that standard. We will never know what they said and why it would cause serious pain or embarrassment.

Page 15 of 22 of the opinion is where that was said.

The 911 calls and dispatch calls were also protected from full disclosure. If there had been a real investigation I could perhaps see this, but since local, state and federal law enforcement have not done real criminal investigations, and the people need the information to do what the authorities have failed to do, the ruling is wrong.

There's no telling what has been covered up but we have every reason to suspect that statements inconsistent with the official story would be redacted for that reason.

I'd like to get people's opinions about Dr. Judy Wood's theory of directed energy being responsible for WTC buildings rather than thermite/thermate.

  • Norma Rae Imo, they an advanced weapon to turn most of the internal guts to dust. Otherwise, one would expect a tall pile in the middle consisting of the core columns. There were 47 core columns per floor. Multiply that by 110, that makes 5170 core columns. The concrete floors would have crushed further down and we would see a visible pileup in the middle. It simply wasn't there.

    Was it DEW? I don't know. It seems very plausible that it was something with frequencies that we couldn't see that caused the demise. It's hard to say exactly what they used since we aren't privy to all their top secret technologies.

    As far as Thermite, I do believe that they used redundancy in their execution. I think the thermite or some explosive/squibs ensured that the collapse would occur vertically.

  • Dan Plesse The problem is Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory refuses the release their location and depth data and because the top tier 9/11 snakes colluded with the criminals, 99.9% 9/11 Truth Sheep also have no idea what data is missing or what the problem is. Dr. Judy Wood's theory maybe sound but she never bothered to look at samples or write a scientific paper or show evidence beyond making general statements. The same general statements appeared on National Television and she believes that these National News reports strengthens her argument. If the news organizations never said anything, Dr. Judy Wood wouldn't be around at all.

  • Dan Plesse Atahan Ganduu Why don't you form you own option? For now on I am NOT going to reply to Judy Wood concepts. She also uses compression theory for the rock formations for when the building does hit the ground so she uses whatever she feels like. She knows that parts seismic data are missing and so do you and time elements were faked. For all the belief in fake evidence why do Wood's followers believe in seismic data so much? Why did NIST report talk about the seismic data? Why do so many 9/11 not know about the missing seismic data?

    Wood's and the official theory agree on too many points and her followers borrow too many debunked concepts i.e body part were flowing in around buildings with the dust.

Both don't use results from Dr. Cahill 2. No explosion witnesses 3. HTA arson evidence is normal or does not exist and only plays with photos and never sight sources i.e PATRICIA ONDROVIC's eyewitness account of anomalies such as spontaneous, combustion I would not keep sighting her work mindlessly like a drone.
