This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I request that a copy of the following documents (or documents containing the following information) be provided to me:
I am requesting all items passed from David Canoles to the FBI On 09/12/2001 evidence document 265A-NY-280350-2755 Mr. Canoles provided the Agents with the following items: Working copy of a compact disc containing four files depicting the radar display of each flight Two audio files containing the radio transmissions of AA11 and UA93. Mr. Canoles cautioned that this was a working copy and did not have the best resolution and fidelity. 1. Radar Display of each flight 2. Copy of Alert Bulletin, AA11, UA175, UA93, and AA77. 3. The material you requested is located in an investigative file which is exempt from disclosure pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(7)(A). 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(7)(A) exempts from disclosure: records or information compiled for law enforcement purposes, but only to the extent that the production of such law enforcement records or information ... could reasonably be expected to interfere with entorcement proceedings...
The records responsive to your request are law enforcement records; there is a pending or prospective enforcement proceeding relevant to these responsive records, and release of the information could reasonably expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings. The document below says that an exchange took place and that J. David Canoles gave the FBI CD's contained possible data of a circling second plane which is completely NOT what the official narrative is and published radar says currently on September 12, 2001. If you could FOIA for these CD's that could break open the case about 9/11 being a scam. This issue will top building 7!

The CDS Radar display is not as good as data but it maybe something.
