First, let me state that I have designed many tall and important buildings during my career. At least 6 have employed Dynamic Analysis in the final design, the first a 34 story building in the late 60’s, and the last a 1,000,000 sf building at LAX.

Secondly, I was the Board Chair at AE9/11Truth and negotiated and signed the contract with the University of Alaska Fairbanks for the study undertaken by Dr. Hulsey. We both agreed that this would be a completely independent peer review study, no interference from AE or anyone else. UAF would not undertake the study without that being a condition. Additionally, when I was with AE, no one else even had a clue what was really involved is such a study. It was just “A good idea” to do it was the general consensuses. Dr. Hulsey and I are still in contact but our only discussions have related to how was it going. I am an Architect, not an Engineer.

Third, the final report, peer reviewed, was published a few months ago along with all the supporting data and misc other studies connected with his work. And that work was based upon over 2,000 sheets of Shop Fabrication Drawings prepared by Frangle Steel Fabricators and Erectors. These are the drawings from which Building #7 was built. The original steel design drawings were also available for review. All of the above is on line for public review.

Fourth, the analysis by fire was considered and is discussed in the report. Additionally, all reasonable scenarios were also analyzed in order to simulate what was captured on the videos we have all watched. This included studies of the building after it was damaged by debris from Buildings #1 and #2. Ultimately the only scenario that worked, or resembled what we have all seen, involved removing the interior core columns followed shortly

What is the difference between the 119th Fighter Squadron and the 177th Fighter Wing both located at Atlantic City Air National Guard Base, New Jersey about 80 miles from the World Trade Center on 9/11? It would seem that they would have this area around the World Trade Center pretty well guarded.

The 177th Fighter Interceptor Group has reported that they got their Interceptor coordinates from NEADS not the FAA if a flight went off its flight plan beyond five miles. After that it was off to the races. With New Jersey Red Devil birds already in the air on 9/11 , the interception would have been a matter of minutes after 8:16 A.M. American 11 was beyond five miles off course at starting around 8:14-8:16.. Departure from flight plans for the four flight was never part of the start of any emergency on 9/11 for the 9/11 commission report, while NEADS was sending fighters to scramble jet if they meet this condition.  FAA Order 7110.65 is NOT the document you should be looking or caring about. The document you should be looking at is NEADS Order not the FAA Order.  The NORAD fighters were  probably only meant for off continent fighting, while New Jersey Red Devils domain was protection over the continent. New Jersey Red Devils was a militia group run by the state New Jersey.  So definitely the right people call for 9/11. 

How many times has the FAA called NEADS for an Interception or does 
NEADS act independently based on radar and eavesdropping on Air Traffic 
controller radio communications? 

[Federal News Service, 10/25/01] In 2000, there were 425 "unknowns" - pilots who didn't file or diverted from flight plans or used the wrong frequency. Fighters were scrambled in response to 129 of those cases, when problems were not immediately resolved. [Calgary Herald, 10/13/01] Condition 1 "diverted from flight plans" or 
Condition 2 " used the wrong frequency".. If the FAA does required a scramble, then maybe they do have to use numerous time wasting channels to get a response, chances are it is not done this way.

9/11 Flight Plan 

Fighters were scrambled in response to 129 of those cases, but who scrambled those jet in the North East? Did the FAA have anything to do with these 129 cases right before 9/11? My guess is NEADS scrambled the fighters without the FAA being in the loop. 
  

The 177th Fighter Interceptor Group, also called the New Jersey Devils intercepted flights if any flight just so happens go off course, so what happened to their situational awareness on 9/11?

177th Fighter Interceptor Group was practice bombing at the Warren Grove Bombing Range New Jersey on 9/11 which was 71.98 miles from the South Tower.

The Military Did Everything it Could to Allow September 11th 9/11 The New Jersey 177th Fighter Interceptor Group were dependent on North American Air Defense NEADS to be aware of its surroundings. All NEADS or someone else had to do is turn off that function and therefore not notify Interceptors and just like that you have endless wars and higher budgets.

Unanswered Questions • Why were the F-1 6s from the 177th Fighter Wing not contacted by FAA in enough time to thwart the crashes?

8:28 A.M. According to an ABC News story from September 6, 2002, Boston flight controller Mark Hodgkins recalled that "I watched the target of American 11 the whole way down."  This conflicts with other references in the Commission staff statement, suggesting that the four flights were "lost.

Slander on Ebay, Lawsuit next! 

The main issue was why are buyers allowed to name call sellers on ebay?  Did you address that? Have you ever been called a "scammer" on ebay? What can be done to stop this?   I think it is called slander what he did on ebay and ebay is run by bots, so no one is home to consider anything.  These responses are just a way to  create a distraction from the issue of slander.  That didn't work.

ebay just deletes away the problem. 


Buyer has been giving out wrong addresses to sellers and sellers can't warn other sellers about the wrong address issue because the negative review button is inactive. Why can't ebay check all address before a shipping label is printed with AI? Then ebay deleted my review of buyer so now more sellers might get caught in a giant trap by a scammer who wants to destroy ebay. Ebay bot review process FAILED to removed his bad review defaults to agreeing with the sellers because it is not worth time or effort to do anything. After that a troll responds or another AI bot again agrees with seller on community forums. Making the situation worse for sellers.  reply  from troll #2  Trolls seem to know more then what I tell them which could be the same guy trolling with different accounts.

It's a violation of policy for sellers to leave negative comments for buyers.  eBay will always remove them if the buyer contacts them ... and will ding the seller for the policy violation.  And the buyer gets to keep the positive feedback point.'

 

The negative comment you left appears to be in retaliation for receiving negative feedback ... which is precisely the reason why eBay took away the ability for sellers to leave leave negative/neutral feedback.

 

I'm confused why you'd think a buyer would deliberately give a wrong address?  Buyers can't collect a refund if tracking shows the package was delivered to the address they provided.

 

eBay merely rents out web space for sellers to list items.  Sellers are paying for marketing exposure ... not for detective services.  Buyers frequently buy items as gifts and have them sent directly to the recipients ... so there's no reason for the 'ship to' address to match the address on record. 

Buyers should NOT be able to do relay shipping.

The address was incorrect and he was told it was incorrect before and yet he still sent me the
