The 1993 bombing only had car fires. So the Command Center Photos are from 9/11

Security Control Room and the OCC ( Operations COntrol Center) were 2 different things. The OCC was built after the 93 Bombing.

Right the Security Control Room Did NOT exist until after 1993 and was the response to the bombing so WHY did you say the photo was from 1993?
"A number of beefed up security measures had been taken since the '93 bombing, which was delivered in a car driven into a garage. Things like a "nerve central" security control room "bunker" built 40 feet underground and card-readers and steel-plate delta barriers for all garage entrances"
Therefore the Security Control Room did not exist until after the 1993 Bombing.

because it is what I remember. Security Control rooms where more than one. I remember one for example in the 22nd floor If I recall correct. Also , there were not listed on the tenants lists since they were part of the Port Authority and only occupied small spaces in some floors. Now, I could be wrong about the photo but in my mind is not what I recall.
