All the more reason why the High Rise Safety Initiative is timely.

The omitted beams are just one omission that NIST made, and when people stand back and look at the series of omissions and errors contained in the WTC7 report, the fact that there is a systemic effort to mislead the public to NISTs predetermined conclusion that "fire did it" is undeniable. Every omission and error that has been uncovered (seat widths,thermal expansion rates, stiffener plates etc) supports NISTs conclusion, and if backed up by the proper analysis will give us a serious piece of ammunition to initiate legal proceedings to which there can be no defense.
There are people far better placed and able than myself who are now working tirelessly in the background to provide us with this analysis. I have heard in the voice of NIST representatives just how disturbing they find this prospect.

As far as the HRSI goes, I have a fear that an attempt to change statute and levy a tax on the basis of a one time event may meet considerable resistance further down the road, and the fear that i was expressing in my earlier comment was that the errors and omissions issue should not be lumped in with this, because it is not an issue that is vulnerable to that type of legal challenge.

I am a former FDNY Firefighter, I was there and I saw building # 7 come down, I heard the explosion and I spent that night searching the pile, I saw the pools of Molten Iron!

I lost 343 fellow Fighters on that day,3 very close friends and this personal loss caused me to spend years researching and following all things related to this event. I am a Combat Veteran and a former Police Officer. I was also trained as an FDNY building inspector and FDNY Fire Marshal.

What I did come to clearly see is that our trusted Main Stream Media is the most

  • Rudy Vulcan @ Norma Rae, I spent the first night searching in the dark crawling between the twisted beams and clearly saw pools of molten metal glowing in the dark. I lost 343 fellow Firefighters on that day why would I lie about a thing like that. Also I was trained as a Fire Marshal, a Fire Marshal is recognized as an expert witness in Court, along with several other unique powers he is granted. We Firefighters all had access to the command post where we could see the areal thermal shots which showed these hot spots that remained for over a month! I did have shots taken by some other emergency service but lost them when my Computer crashed however I will try to get copies of them. As for changing your mind you will have to do the research yourself before your convinced that you were the victim of a false flag operation in which the terrible truth is that our own Government was complicit in this treasonous atrocity. As the saying goes; "It is easier to fool some one than it is to convince them that they were fooled." there is also something else.

  • Rudy Vulcan Dan Plesse, I did have pictures but lost them when my computer crashed however I will try to get copies, I did not take them they were taken by some other emergency service or the the construction clean up guys. I don't know about the other stories about Barry Jennings but if you research the JFK assassination there too, many witnesses died from all types of bazaar causes including Karate chops. Loyd's of London did a mathematical probability on 18 people who had only one thing in common, that is being eye witnesses all dying so soon after the event that came out to around 23 trillion to one. The only bodies I knew of were the jumpers early on before the collapse. After the collapse I found only pieces of clothing but no bodies in them. Everything was turned into a fine talcum like gray powder.

Bid to put 9/11 probe on ballot lacks sufficient signatures

A group pushing to get a city investigation into the collapse of 7 World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001, suffered a setback Tuesday when the City Clerk’s Office refused to accept 37,688 of the group’s 65,000 referendum petition signatures.

Ground Zero noted the presence of 1,3-diphenyl propane (1,3-DPP) -- a compound that had never previously been detected in ambient air sampling. The compound was measured in concentrations that, according to EPA's Eric Swartz, "dwarfed all others", and, according to American Scientist, was "pervasive".

The authors of Environmental Anomalies go on to examine a more plausible explanation for the high levels of 1,3-DPP: that the gas was a product of the combustion of energetic nanocomposites.

  • Dan Plesse No Jeffrey Harr not everyone - Who she sued was detailed and listed. It looks like NIST contractors and Dr. Reynolds' case was different.
