Tracy Blevins Amy Goodman knew WTC 7 was coming down for the same reason everyone else on the street knew it was coming down. WTC 7 was fuming, and stinking, and crumbling on the inside (just like WTC 1 and WTC 2 had done that day.) Barry Jennings told the story of what was happening inside WTC 7, and Giuliani evacuated WTC 7 because it was being destroyed from the inside out.
