Penny Elgas Supports CTI team North CITGO gas station theory

Story #1
I read Penny Elgas statement and she said.. "the plane just appeared there- very low in the air, to the side of (and not much above) the CITGO gas station" and "then it banked in the slightest turn in front of me, toward the heliport." I am pretty sure Penny is talking about the blue colored flight path enclosed below. https://amhistory.si.edu/september11/collection/supporting.asp?ID=30&z=0

Story #2
And Esther Glas of Sun Prairie reports her sister, Penny Elgas, was in her car stuck in traffic a block from the Pentagon. She saw the terrorist-controlled plane in her rear view mirror, then watched through her open sunroof as the plane went overhead and dived into the Pentagon. Like many others, she assumed there was another plane coming, so she left her car to run to an underpass. Someone told her to get back into her car, which she did, and when traffic started moving, she noticed a 20-inch piece of the plane's wing, which had come through the open sunroof of the car.

Story #3
The Smithsonian will continue to collect artifacts. Last fall the Smithsonian was asked by Congress to collect items from all three crash sites. Some that didn't make it into the new show are featured on the exhibition's Web site. Penny Elgas, a Northern Virginia resident, was sitting in traffic on Interstate 395 when she saw a plane aimed at the Pentagon. A piece of the tail fell through her sunroof and landed in her back seat. In time, she decided the Smithsonian was the best place to preserve it.
