Are these Gene Rosen's Children the Trooper is talking about or Tricia Gogliettino's children? Another Parent with children sound like Tricia Gogliettino. If it was "Old crazy guy with children" that would sound like Gene Rosen's story but was tossed away..
Gene Rosen by the way never asks what happened. At best, all he knows is "the teacher was shot" fine. BUT he knows the full story. i.e Many children were shot BEFORE he could have known this information. His story should begin with confusion and questions. The children, I don't think said anything about WHO was doing the shooting and how many exactly was shot and we will never know who the Riverside Road Mystery are:

Why do they Keep calling it an "event?"
They usually have codes for these, right?
I firmly believe this was a scripted event.
There is more evidence of an event, and no evidence that anyone died that day except the contradictory police report.
