Responds from Port Authority Bus Terminal. Team of 4 heads to the 15th floor. North Tower. He was carrying a fat Port Authority employee thus basically saving himself. 9/11 Oral histories says they were looting candy from the candy machines on the 19th floor. they ate too much candy and got sick.

It your theory is true that it was an American eagle not an American Airlines. Then what happens to American Airlines flight 11?
